Reservation (recommended)

When visiting our clinic, please make a reservation in advance using the following methods.
Reservation by phone (during clinic hours)
*If you are making a reservation by phone, please tell us the name of the hotel you are staying at and your name. We will call you back if necessary.

Visiting the clinic/reception

At the reception, please present your passport or other identification.
We will ask you about your symptoms and requests.

Examination

The doctor will ask you about your symptoms in detail and perform an examination if necessary.

Prescription

Depending on the results of the examination, you will be given a prescription for medicine.
The prescription can be exchanged for medicine at a nearby pharmacy on the same day.

Payment

Please pay after the consultation. Medical fees are "non-refundable (self-paid) medical treatment."
If you wish, we can issue receipts and medical certificates in English (for a fee).

Picking up your medicine

Please bring your prescription to a nearby pharmacy.
