Our clinic offers "private medical treatment (self-paid medical treatment)" so that foreign tourists who are not covered by Japan's public medical insurance can receive treatment.
Many people feel anxious about falling ill while traveling due to language barriers and not understanding the flow of medical treatment.

Please show us your passport or other identification.
We will make a copy to make your medical record. We will ask you about your symptoms and requests.

Examination

The doctor will ask you about your symptoms in detail and perform an examination if necessary.

Prescription

Depending on the results of the examination, you will be given a prescription for medicine.
The prescription can be exchanged for medicine at a nearby pharmacy on the same day.

Payment

Please pay after the consultation at the clinic reception.
Medical fees are "non-refundable (self-paid) medical treatment." For house call service, the invoice will be issued to your accommodation.

Picking up your medicine

Please bring your prescription to a nearby pharmacy.
